- Sunscreen, best applied before boarding (please do not to use sunblock spray while aboard, it causes damage to the vessel)
- Polarized sun glasses (with a case)
- Hat (preferably one that can be tightened in case of windy conditions)
- Additional clothing such as a long sleeve top, sweatshirt, windbreaker, and long pants (a 90 degree day on land can feel like the mid to low 70’s on the water)
- Bathing suit
- Towel
- Camera
- Non-marking sole shoes
- Medication
- Snacks and beverages
- Sea sickness remedies (see suggestions below)

Cuttyhunk Trip:
- Good walking shoes (sneakers recommended)
- Bug spray (with DEET)
- Your own lobster tools if you prefer them (lobster shack has basic loaner tools)
Overnight:

Seasickness:
If you know someone in your party is prone to seasickness the over the counter remedies listed below are worth considering.
Most suggest administering up to two hours before embarking on the boat:
- Dimenhydrinate (Dramamine)
- Meclizine (Bonine)
- Ginger
- Sea-Band wristbands
If you have enough advanced notice to secure a prescription, transdermal Scopolamine patches, Promethazine and Cyclizine are also options to discuss with a medical professional.
